EPISODE SUMMARY

The Skeleton Knight declares an attack of Dragonecro, Dragon of the Underworld (3000 ATK) toward Lightning Warrior (2400 ATK). He hopes that this strike should finish Yusei (200 LP) off. Sect calls Big Brother Yusei loudly. Yusei hears and hopes that his friend will be waiting for him. He is about to save him soon.

Yusei opens his face-down trap card [Junk Shield - Normal Trap: Protects a monster from 1 destruction and inflicts damage you would take to your opponent], which can protect Lightning Warrior from destruction. Lightning Warrior withstands the intense attack of Dragonecro, Dragon of the Underworld, and Yusei hopes that it will be able to bear it. In addition to the effect of Junk Shield, the damage (600=3000-2400) will instead be inflicted to the opponent.

The Skeleton Knight has only 500 ATK, so Yusei is convinced by that he will win by this play. Surprisingly, his LP doesn't decrease. The Skeleton Knight opens his face-down trap card [Phantom Effect - Normal Trap: Damage inflicted from a Spell or Trap card is negated. Then, Special Summon "Phantom Tokens" with same attack power as that damage and 0 DEF to your field. "Phantom Tokens" can attack your opponent directly], which can protect him from any effect damage. In addition, Phantom Tokens with the same damage of 600 ATK can be special summoned to the field and they can attack Yusei directly. Yusei has only 200 LP left. If he receives this direct attack, he will be finished.

Still in the battle phase of the Skeleton Knight, he declares an attack of Phantom Tokens toward Yusei directly. He tells Yusei to be prepared to give up and die because he's completely cornered. Behind Yusei are approaching Phantom Tokens while around him are flaming walls. Yusei however doesn't feel depressed but enjoys. He rather feels pleased as this has got him fired up.

The Skeleton Knight is surprised by seeing Yusei accelerating to get away from Phantom Tokens. Yusei speeds up so fast that he breaks through the wall of flames, causing more surprise. The Skeleton Knight doesn't think that Yusei is able to escape from Phantom Tokens. Yusei then activates a Trap, [Synchro Gazer - Normal Trap: Release a Synchro Monster to activate this card. Switch all opposing monsters to defense position and inflict damage to the opposing player equal to a number of those monsters x200].

Yusei has to tribute a Synchro Monster, Lightning Warrior, to activate this trap. It can change all monsters of the Skeleton Knight to defense position, so Dragonecro, Dragon of the Underworld and Phantom Tokens are changed to defense position with 0 DEF. In addition to the effect of Synchro Gazer, damage equal to 200 for each monster whose position is changed by this effect will be inflicted to the opponent.

As a cost of this play, Lightning Warrior gives its final blow and Yusei goes at max speed. He orders his monster to choke on his most powerful feel by "Lightning Gazer!." Lighting Warrior destroys the pipe where the Skeleton Knight is riding on and vanishes after inflicting damage. The Skeleton Knight's LP drops to 100 (500-200*2). He stops riding as the pipeline is broken.

Duel End

Sect points out that one normally loses a Riding Duel when his D-Wheel stops. Although it is a D-Horse, it is stopped. Yusei is riding, so he assumes to win. Sect then passes out. Yusei understands that the duel is ended, so he asks the Skeleton Knight to keep his promise by returning Sect to him. The Skeleton Knight is impressed by that Yusei could make his D-Horse stop from running. He asks Yusei's name, and Yusei tells him his full name.

The Skeleton Knight realizes that there is still a warrior like Yusei in this era. He hopes that they will meet again and begins to vanish. Yusei is still surprised by who the Skeleton Knight is. Along with vanishing of the Skeleton Knight is disappearance of the giant altar. Yusei sees Sect laying on the floor, hurrying to check him. Sect doesn't respond, and Yusei keeps calling him out loud.

Across the sea of Satellite is Neo Domino City. At the Public Security Maintenance Bureau, Mikage is talking to the director Goodwin at his office. Mikage reports the director that a person has arrived Satellite as planned. Goodwin tells her to make preparation for the D1 Grand Prix, and Mikage accepts it.

"Yes, you needn't move on your own, my son, The Absolute Ruler of Riding Duels, Jack Atlas!," Goodwin says.

On the other side, Jack Atlus is standing on Satellite. His D-Wheel is parking nearby, and there is a giant monster holding a death scythe behind him. Jack is smiling evilly. The king has finally descended.
